Caviar Kaspia opens the doors of its Summer datcha

On May 25th, on the occasion of Monaco’s Grand Prix and until November, Caviar Kaspia has opened its doors in the Grimaldi Forum, for a unique and timeless experience, bringing a summer touch to the style and elegance that are making its fame since 1927.

Caviar Kaspia chose to open this pop-­up in association with the Italian businessman Flavio Briatore and its Billionaire Life company, that is also a world famous restaurant owner around the world.

The menu offered Kaspia’s great classics such as the famous Baked Potato with Caviar or divine Smoked Fish, in a warm atmosphere, faithful to its origins. Paintings, chinaware, and other pieces of art were dressing the woodworks of this new place, real invitation to a five senses journey.

The large window of the restaurant offered a beautiful view on the sea. When the night came, the opened ceiling offered an exceptional moment under the stars.
