A iodized wind is blowing on Place de la Madeleine with the first place dedicated to the Kamchatka King Crab
To discover all of the King Crab’s tastes, the menu, created by the Executive Chef of the Caviar Kaspia Group, offers it in all its forms: Famous King Crab Legs, declined in different sauces and cooking way, but also in a Snacking Chic thematic, including Burgers, Rolls or Crab Cakes. On a « fusion cuisine » tone, it is also the star of Japanese Miso Soups and Peruvian Ceviches.
For the most hurried ones, a counter with a window on Place de la Madeleine offers a large selection of Crabe Royal’s specialties, to take away.
The boutique offers fresh Fish, Crustaceans and Shellfish such as Lobster, Salmon, Oysters and of course the famous King Crab Legs, prepared by the team.
