A cabaret that became a wine bar
In 1951, all Paris is coming near to the River Seine to applause the future stars of French culture: Barbara, Jacques Brel, Léo Ferré… This place became the perfect rendez‐vous place to enjoy artists in a joyful and happy atmosphere.
Ecluse is now 3 bars in Paris that welcome there guests in the cosy and friendly atmosphere like it was in the mythic cabaret, between an English club and a New‐Yorker speakeasy.
According to the season, Ecluse offers a selection of its famous Tartares, but also tartines, salads and plates to share. A menu between land and sea, that blends perfectly with the best wines, selected with love by the in‐house wine waiters.
