In 2017, La Maison de la Truffe opens its second Atelier
In March 2017, a second Atelier was born in the heart of the gastronomic temple of the Parisian « rive gauche », at La Grande Epicerie de Paris. The menu is an ode to the French counter cuisine, that is re-imagined with Truffle: Croque-Monsieur, Toasts, but also Cheese and Ham assortments for example.
Founded in 1923 in the 7th district of Paris, La Grande Epicerie de Paris is linked to the famous Le Bon Marché, which is one of the most iconic emporium of the city for centuries.
It offers a very large range of fresh and candied culinary products coming from the whole world: fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, cheeses, wines, pastries, etc.
L’Atelier Maison de la Truffe welcomes Truffle lovers in a strategic place in the center of this elegant and luxury mall and also offers a selection of Maison de la Truffe’s best sellers : salts, olive oils, condiments, sauces, fresh Truffles, cheeses, foies gras, or sweet treats.
